Special ventilation openings ensure balanced air circulation and prevents the coals from being extinguished when the list is closed. The height of the charcoal tray can be adjusted using the crank handle on the front. This allows you to adjust the grilling temperature, by moving the coals closer or further away from the food being cooked. At the front of the BBQ is a small door that allows you to top up the charcoal or add some wood chips without lifting the lid or disturbing the food being cooked! The capacity of 1.35kg charcoal, is sufficient for as long as 3 hours cooking time. A removable ash tray aids cleaning.Mounted on a sturdy trolley with a stainless steel handle and two wheels for manoeuvrability.
